Apna Bag

ApnaBag is a non-government non-profit initiative started with the advent of year 2010 by a group of about 7-8 young professionals working in Pune. Our team since then has grown in number and in diversity. We are now a team of about 20 people including MBA students, housewives and working professionals. The ApnaBag NGO kick-started soon after Pune Municipal Corporation forced a complete ban on plastics in Pune on Dec 2009. The team is currently active only in Pune.
